SunShade
SunShade is a ‘living’ parasol with flexible solar cells in its cover. When it gets dark, the parasol transforms into a big lampshade.
The system functions autonomously, like a mechanical flower. It reacts to day and night, by use of sensors in its crown.
This is a concept by Lianne van Genugten
